MCard Mobile simplifies purchasing bus tickets for travel across West Yorkshire, offering a seamless, cash-free process. Designed for convenience, the app allows you to choose from daily, weekly, or monthly tickets suitable for various groups, including adults, children under 19, students, and individuals aged 19 to 25. Once purchased, tickets are compatible with all operators in the region, including First, Arriva, and Transdev, excluding special services.

This app eliminates the need for physical tickets or smartcards. Tickets can be purchased securely through SagePay, and the intuitive repurchase feature simplifies future transactions with a one-tap checkout option. Tickets remain in your Ticket Wallet until activated, making it possible to buy in advance and activate when ready to travel. Activation requires an Internet connection, but once completed, tickets are accessible offline. A scannable code then enables quick boarding, with validity confirmed until 4 am the day after the ticket's expiration.

MCard Mobile ensures a user-friendly experience by allowing account registration and secure storage of payment details. This streamlines subsequent purchases, saving time and enhancing convenience. For concession tickets, proof of eligibility may be required during travel, and suitable identification includes student IDs, passports, or relevant photocard passes.
